Is the online payment secure?
Yes, all the information related to your order and especially the online payment by credit card are protected. The entire transaction is carried out on a secure server (SSL) and your credit card number is encrypted.
What are the costs and delivery times?
We deliver to Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and the Netherlands.
- For orders delivered in Metropolitan France :
Free delivery for orders over 25 euros.
Parcel relay by Mondial Relay: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and delivered within a further 3 to 5 working days. Delivery charges are €4.50 including VAT for all orders under €25.00 including VAT.
Home delivery by Colissimo: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and delivered within a further 3 working days. Delevery charges are €8.00 including VAT for all orders under €25.00 including VAT.
- For orders delivered to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands:
Free delivery for orders over €40.
For orders delivered to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands (except Ireland):Parcel relay by Mondial Relay: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and delivered within a further 3 to 6 working days. Delivery charges are €5.50 including VAT for all orders under €40.00 including VAT.

How do I track my order?
You just have to connect to our site with your login and password and click on "my account" to see your order history.
How do I know where my package is?
After validation of your payment, an e-mail of confirmation taking again the detail of your order and your payment, will be transmitted to you by integrating the link allowing you to reach the follow-up of your parcel.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you just have to fill in and send the withdrawal form according to the modalities written in the article 9 of the general conditions of sale within 14 days from the reception of your parcel and send back the parcel at your expenses within this same period to the following address Parfums Ulric de Varens - Customer Service - P.A. du parc Expo - 195 rue du Général M. Bourgeois - 27300 Bernay - France. The price of the package and the delivery costs (standard delivery rate) will be reimbursed to you according to the means of payment you used, within 14 days from the date you informed us of your wish to withdraw and provided we have received your package back.
